The new construction 10-story development will house 236 supportive and affordable residential units with ample amenities. 2435 Pacific Street is developed in partnership by Alembic Community Development, Brooklyn Community Housing & Services and Love Fellowship Tabernacle. The residential mix includes 71 units for chronically homeless single adults with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI), a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) or co-occurring SMI and SUD; 71 units for chronically homeless families with children where the head of household has a SMI, a SUD or co-occuring SMI and SUD; and 93 units for individuals and families earning between 30% and 80% of AMI.

Brooklyn Community Housing & Services will provide on-site social services and the ground floor features 6,950 square feet of commercial space to be used for either retail or community programming. The site requires environmental remediation and has entered the NYS DEC Brownfield Cleanup Program.
