Alembic served as the financial consultant for the supportive and affordable housing project at 985 Bruckner Boulevard, Bronx. Through this scope of work, Alembic advised Community Access on:
- Advising Community Access on all available funding options for financing permanent supportive housing
- Preparing pro forma development and operating budgets and assisting Community Access in negotiating the same with government funders, banks, and equity investors
- Preparing the financial portions of applications for government funding
The 985 Bruckner Boulevard Housing Development is one of the pioneers in large-scale supportive housing with an emphasis on community building through building features including on-site healing-focused services and family-based programming for tenants who need support.
